YACHT FOR SALE 92' Jones Goodell Nordlund REDUCED ON JULY 1, 2010 TO $1,750,000 Recent Listing!! This is a 92' yacht fisherman, a four stateroom motor yacht with a large fishing cockpit with fighting chair and baitwell. Full beam master stateroom is in high gloss zebra wood, the forward VIP is in high gloss wenge wood. The entire yacht had a major refit in 2004 with all new headliners, the galley and heads have marble counters. The engine room is spotless, with one of the 16V92 Detroit Diesel engines replaced last August and the other in late 2007 with 350 hours. An 18 foot Novurania with 115 HP Yamaha, a wave runner, two kayaks and a dive compressor to refill tanks gives this yacht all the toys. Priced at $1,750,000. Jones Goodell was a Tacoma, Washington builder that built many custom yachts. I have been told that they went into a partnership with Nordlund Yachts to build a Ed Monk design hull mold that could be used by both yards and that this hull was built at Nordlund the moved to the Jones Goodell yard for finishing. Although Jones Goodell is no longer in business, Don Goodell, son of one of the original partners, is doing yacht refit and carpentry to this day. Nordlund Yachts is still building custom yachts in Tacoma now. The salon is roomy with a built in U-shaped settee with a hi-low table, which with the added leaf, expands for serious dining. To port is an entertainment system, pop up flat screen TV, and twin bucket seats.
Up a step to the pilothouse level is the dinette and the walk in galley. Rich granite counter tops and a flat screen TV accent this fully equipped galley. Forward and to starboard is the helm station with a full array of controls and electronics.
From the Pilothouse is a stairway leading to the flybridge where you find a fully equipped steering station, ample seating and tables for entertainment, wet bar with sink, stereo system, custom hard top and new full eisenglass enclosure. Down on the deck is a sun pad forward, full size aft deck with side entry doors and a large swim platform with electric davit for a tender. This vessel has all the extras. Don't miss this one!!!
