The old yacht sales office for Bradford Marine Yacht Sales was on a wooden floating barge here at the shipyard. In Hurricame Wilma, the office sank and a new floating office was designed. The new barge is steel, 30 feet by 80 feet and the barge was built at our yard in Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, known as Bradford Grand Bahama. When the barge was completed, it was towed from Grand Bahama Island to Fort Lauderdale, by our towing company, Bradford Marine Towing.Then the staff at Bradford Marine started construction to build the floating office using in-house craftsmen of the shipyard.

This will be the back of the floating office, facing east for afternoon shade on the porches.
For the a year, employees of Bradford Marine have been working on building a two story, 4,000 square foot floating office. When it is complete, it will be a great example of the workmanship of the yard. A floating office or floating residence can be built to your specifications.
